HiMERU was threatening the redhead, and Aira figured it was safe to assume the aggression was deserved. It was Rinne after all. Niki, on the other hand, just looked resigned. Under normal circumstances, Aira probably would have left, but Kohaku looked too pretty to say no to (as usual).
