In a world where quirkless children are forcibly separated from their parents and cast out onto the street, Izuku is just trying to survive. But after a chance encounter, Izuku is enlisted by All Might to help him investigate the sudden and mysterious rash of disappearances among quirkless people. It's a dangerous world out there for a kid like Izuku, but maybe, just maybe, he can help make it a little safer.

The only one he can tolerate is Liu Qingge and no matter how much he denies it he'd not take more than a second to bond with him even if the brute is stupid at least he respects Shen Qingqius's humanity.
