The thing was, there were a lot of things Tony didn’t stop to think about, until they hit him upside the head. It wasn’t a lack of consideration for others, exactly; it definitely wasn’t stupidity. It was just that understanding people had kind of always been Tony’s biggest weakness (he was more of an ideas man than a people person), and sometimes, even though he tried, he didn’t always think about things from other people’s perspective as much as he should have. It had never occurred to him that JARVIS was one of those people.
