It’s easy to get lost in Wei Wuxian’s and Nie Huaisang’s shenanigans and for a while Jiang Cheng even forgets about the phone call.At least until Wei Wuxian starts to talk about all the classes he’s going to attend next year and Nie Huaisang chimes in with his own classes of choice and Nie Mingjue even encourages him to take more classes if he thinks he can handle it, and Jiang Cheng has to get out of there.All this talk just makes him realize that he won’t be a part of it, will no longer be with them during their daily life and it feels like it twists a knife in Jiang Cheng’s chest.He doesn’t know what he’s going to do, but he knows he cannot stay here.
