The crew of the waverider decide they need some downtime. Ray decides to take Cisco up on his offer to up grade the Atom suit so heads to Central City. Mick decides a trip to Central sounds like a good idea, meet up with Lisa, go see some of Lens old haunts and most definately not because Ray is going there and he wants to hang with him. Meanwhile Cisco is thrilled to have Ray come visit and they can geek out and work on the suit. Cisco is totally not excited because Harry is visiting and Cisco is going to use it as an excuse to make Harry jealous.
