Eventually, the doctor seems finished flipping through medical texts, and Haddock asks about options. He asks for the best psychiatric hospitals in the country. Money isn't an object. He’s given lists of fancy names with fancy titles and even fancier institutions, and it all sounds like white noise. He feels as numb and lost and small as the teenager in the chair beside him. He’s not having him institutionalised. That’s ridiculous. It’s out of the question.
