The Strawhat and Hearts Pirates alliance was born out of the joint plan of each captains to bring down Kaido, one of the emperors. If they had already accomplished that goal, shouldn't the alliance also dissolve? Attempts were made to break apart the alliance but if the subtext is stronger, were attempts really made? Especially if the crews from both the pirate groups already drew the conclusion that their captains were practically married.

Having combined all their knowledge of the past, Obi-Wan and Ahsoka must come up with a plan to better the galaxy. They meet Mand'alor Jaster Mereel, who offers them hospitality. Having no place to go and with the Force drawing them together, they accept his offer. They soon discover that the Force has a lot more in store for them than they are comfortable with, and there is much to learn about Mandalorians, the galaxy, and themselves.
