But now Tim has to confront everything he's been running from -- his girlfriend back home, the sheer exhaustion of his double life, his confusing feelings about Conner.Tim's dad won't stop calling Tim, trying to get him to come home. Maybe Tim can't keep making excuses forever.

Are you going to ask him about his intentions with me next?”“It was on my list, yes.”It would have been funny, Tim even almost laughed, but one look at his dad told him that he wasn’t joking. Tim tells Dana and his dad about his relationship with Conner which leads Dana to invite his new boyfriend over for a slightly awkward dinner filled with Dana's attempts at bonding and Jack's passive aggressive comments.All in all though, it doesn't end up being that bad.

“It’s all gone, Conner,” Tim’s voice was raspy, almost as a plea, but what could the kryptonian really do for him? Kon looked around at the horrid scene. Snow fell along side the ash, covering the city in what looked to be a winter wonderland but, instead managed to feel terribly grim. He didn’t know what to tell his Robin. What could he really say? Gotham was gone, and it was just the two of them left in the rubble. Or,After a brutal attack on Gotham, the city is left in ruins. The world is quite literally collapsing around Tim Drake, and he finds himself having nothing or no one else to hold on to, except for his beloved Superboy.

But his fear was taking away from the moment. So why waste energy on something other than looking at Tim?“The stars are up there, Conner,” Tim chuckled, turning his head to look at him. The corner of his lips curved into a teasing smirk as his eyes scanned him up and down. “You dragged me out here to stargaze, but you haven’t looked up in fifteen minutes.”Kon’s cheeks hurt from smiling so much. He couldn’t stop himself from giggling. “I just haven’t seen you smile in a while. It’s... it’s nice.” Or... Kon was in love with Tim, and he's okay with that.
