Summary
In the first REAL episode of Fanfiction Investigations, Lockea tackles alpha/beta/omega dynamics using feminist theory and monster theory as a lens to discuss how ABO's popularity may lay in its ability to grant much needed distance from the very real issues facing the female bodied by enacting those fears on the male body instead. Three fanfics, each the most or one of the most popular ABO fics in their fandom, are highlighted to discuss the anxieties of the transformative generations.
