After what may have been the worst few months of her life, MJ is starting to pick the pieces back up. She and Peter are back together, but she's still struggling with her relationship with her mom, recovering from sexual assault, and dealing with the loss of her father. Unwilling to open up to her friends, she turns to other, less healthy, coping mechanisms. While her relationship is back on track, she's learning the hard way that Peter can't fix her, nor can Miles or Harry or any of her friends.
