All For None (Rewrite)

I stood, holding my bloodied and injured arm in front of the man that my father tried to convince me was my brother, the one I hated second to most in the whole world. First place was the one influencing most of the most evil villainy in Japan, the one who put together this bullshit of a League in order to destroy hero society. I let out a shuddered breath as pain rippled through my body. I was battered and bruised. I could barely stand there on my own. My vision foggy, I took a step backwards as Shigaraki took a step forwards. He opened his mouth to say something but was interrupted when my father--All For One--was punched by All Might, sending a loud 'boom' sound throughout the clearing.

This moment of hesitation causes something to happen as my gaze shoots up towards the movement, a large spire of ice shooting from some point beside the destroyed warehouse. I can see a small blur shoot over from the top, and I feel my heart lighten as a fluffy green head pops up behind the bulky form of my classmate. He stretched his arm out towards me, and a bolt of understanding passes through me. I take a deep breath and feel tension in the gap of my shoulderblades.

My legs move on their own as I jump.
