Summary
In order to learn more about Chihiro's current technology project on his laptop, Hifumi convinces Ishmaru with the promise of seeing it too and bribes him to get him to handcuff Celestia and Chihiro together. It's only for a night, but neither seem eager about the situation as they spend the next several hours trying to figure out how to uncuff themselves.
