Kairos

Peter’s brows pinch together. The conversation is familiar—repetitive. Not in the vain that May has in the past come home later from work, but that they’ve had this exact exchange yesterday morning, muffins and all.He swallows, careful of what to say next. “Pizza?” It’s the same thing he said yesterday, but he watches Aunt May’s expression light up. He predicts her next words with clarity. “Can’t take the New York out of the boy,” she says, ruffling his hair like Peter expects. ....À la "Groundhog Day", Peter is stuck in a time-loop.
