Summary
The day starts like this; slow, dready and cloudy. The city’s been a rainy landscape for the past few weeks but autumn rains are not kind. Summer rains are a breath of fresh air, a relief from scorching heats. They are the chance to recreate and cleanse and revel that one is alive. You have to feel the heat on your skin to feel the cold of the rain. Autumn rains though; autumn brings with them sadness, melancholy; that void in your chest fills with weighted feelings and water from these rains. They fall to remind one of the continuity of existence, that nothing truly ends. Just like the rains.
