Summary
When Lumpy receives a letter from the miserably poor town of Boondox, he decides to make it his duty to raise as much money as he can for them - by buying and recycling waters bought from the Penny Waters vending machine. Luckily, Audrey, Dot and Lotta are also aware of Boondox's situation and are raring to help him out. Even better, Tootie is willing to lend a hand every couple of days as well.Be careful, this story has filler and a bit of sadness (but more of the former than the latter, fortunately).
