“No, we’ll be there,” Din interrupts.

Leia calls, the smile evident in her voice.
“Dad’s going to be thrilled to finally meet you.”
“Yeah, about that,” Luke interrupts, swatting a hand against Din’s bicep to stop him from cutting in when Din opens his mouth to protest. “I changed my mind. We’re turning around.”
“Luke, come

Leia says. There’s shuffling on the other side of the line, then Din can hear Leia’s heels clicking on tile as she walks; a moment later, there’s the soft click of a door being shut.

” she continues, her voice pitched low.
