Toshinori had had to make that decision only once in his life. He’d paraded around as the Symbol of Peace, everyone around him oblivious to the blood on his hands, the blood and brain matter of his Master’s killer. Only later did he find out that it was all a lie, and even later on - after the death of his successor - until he stopped caring entirely, leading him to where he was now. Those with great power held great responsibility but what happened when they didn’t want to uphold those responsibilities? Who held power over the most powerful?

Villain All Might time travels to the past. He’s going to save everyone this time around, no matter the cost to himself.
