Lost In No Communication

Jason was put into Arkham by the GCPD after the fiasco with the Flamingo and Scarlet, frothing at the mouth with Lazarus rage. That's not the way it sticks in his mind.----------Misfiled. A clip shoved in with records of Dick’s attempted reforms at Arkham; staff overhauls, corruption scandals, all of it dug up and laid out. The background chatter in the cave faded, replaced by a faint ringing in his ears.Going to Arkham was blurred. The lazarus rage had kicked into high gear after Bruce got lost in the time stream; up to one of the worst resurgences he'd had. Chunks of time that made no sense; distorted, riddled with holes, and saturated in day-glo green. But he hadn’t expected it blender his brain like... this.Dick hadn’t been the one to send him to Arkham. ---------(aka author finds out that in canon, Dick didn't put Jason in Arkham, offered to help him before he was caught, and he tried to make Arkham better when Jason was there. Also that Jason learned coping skills in Arkham, and that Joker wasn't in Arkham that entire time. Reading fanfic while sleep deprived multiple times muddied the canon in my brain y'all, and I was pretty happy to learn about this.)
