Summary
In which the first year of Elrond and Elros' new life with the Feanorians is explored. Although they fear the red one with the sour temper and the singer who seems far too nice to be trusted, there is a certain curiosity they feel towards the third and youngest brother: Amras, who did not die immediately during the attack on Sirion, but spent the last few months of his life languishing to the slow effects of poison in Amon Ereb alongside them. With them comes pity as well as a long-lost nostalgia-- for Amras had once been half of a pair too, hadn’t he? [Probably kidnap fam-centric, even though Amras has somewhat of an important role here.]
