Summary
He had forgotten about that rule. It had never been a problem before – he had only donated blood a few times over the last few years and it had worked out that he just hadn’t been with men around that time. He could always lie. He knew the ban was homophobic and that the Red Cross tests all the blood that gets donated anyway. But Buck wasn’t really the type of person to lie, not easily anyway. He knew that if he checked ‘no’ and donated blood anyway, his conscience would eat him up util he called the blood bank and told them what he’d done.ORBuck tries to donate blood and is violently confronted with his internalized homophobia.
