sometimes you can't go through it alone

Remus is having issues with his spiked, particularly bad, intrusive thoughts, which happens to be focusing on his two new favorite people.but he doesn't want to- he can't bother them, he doesn't want them to be upset or uncomfortable around him again.so he suffers, going to the imagination to ride the thoughts out, that is, until they get so bad he accidentally ends up convincing himself Janus and logan have been killed and it's his fault for being too negligent.luckily, Janus and logan are concerned and find him, very against the idea of him sitting alone sobbing, so dissociated he thinks they're dead.
