At age 9, Tubbos mother dies in a car accident. His father resorts to drinking and becomes abusive towards the child. In a fit of rage, he sets the house on fire with both of them in it. Only Tubbo makes it out alive, albeit with permanent scars on his face and arms. He ends up in the foster system, and the abuse didn’t stop with his father. At age 14, Tubbo decides to run away. He runs away from not just the system, but his past as well. Now determined to live a new life independently, Tubbo sets off. But living on the streets isn’t easy. Bad shit happens. Sometimes, very bad shit. But without anywhere to go, you gotta live with it. At age 15, Tubbo gets caught and is returned to the system.
