Summary
It's eight thirty on board the Atlas, and Shiro is – for once – distracted by a problem entirely unrelated to his ship and those under his command. Normally he'd still be receiving a trickle of obnoxious pings to his tablet; forms that need signing before the next cycle, last minute leave requests, emails he really doesn't need to be CC'd on...
But not today.
Today he's turned off his main communication channels and pulled up eight different pages on the ins and outs of his newest endeavor – the one that is currently the bane of his pursuit of excellence.
Or in this case, eggcellence.
His new hens refuse to lay eggs.
