Summary
Deridru, the bustling floating city, as it was called. The girl walked off the wooden deck of her ship, the sea air hitting the shaved half of her head.
'Captain!' one of the pirates called from behind her. 'Would you like us to tend to anything for you?'
'It's alright, Makan,' she replied, with a wave of her hand. 'Relax for a while. I have a bit of business to attend to here.'
Makan must have run back to the rest of the crew, as she heard footsteps banging across the wood. She smiled. Her crew deserved a bit of time to themselves, didn't they?
'Let's just hope this is the place,' she murmured to herself.
