Summary
“Oh my god! So you’re in love with Tsukishima!” Tanaka exclaimed, causing everyone in the round to look at him confused. Yamaguchi wasn’t sure whether this was Tanaka being drunk or Tanaka being dumb.
“Wait I am what?” Yamaguchi asked.
Tanaka looked at the younger male as if he had just asked the most stupid question, but started explaining anyway: “Well, without even thinking for a second you said Tsukishima was your favourite person on this party. But wouldn’t you consider someone else if you were into someone that’s not him? Your crush, for example?” Next to Tanaka was Noya, strongly nodding his head in agreement.
It was extremely simple logic, but it did make sense when you were drunk. And Tanaka and Noya weren’t exactly known to have the most complex logic anyway.
Or: During a good old game of Truth or Dare, drunk Tanaka and Noya jump to all the wrong conclusions, making everyone believe Yamaguchi was in love with his best friend. Yamaguchi wasn’t in love with him, though. No, he was in love with the charismatic Johzenji team captain.
