It wasn’t uncommon for Neku to wander around Shibuya. When bursts of inspiration took hold, he was known to wander around the city with a sketchbook in tow, sometimes stopping in random places to achieve the perfect angle of the stairs in Spain Hill or the alleyway known as Stupor Street or any other location that struck his interest. What was uncommon was returning to his apartment with something other than his sketchbook in hand. He wouldn’t bring food or art supplies back when he left on an artistic outing, unless he absolutely couldn’t walk past something… Such as a blonde toddler found in an alleyway.
