Summary
As Kure and his friends get ready for UA, it's time for us to meet the last member of the outcasts. Marina Takami was sold to the hero commission just after her quirk came in. She had a very strong quirk, that had just as strong side effects. The Hero Commission put her through the same program as Hawks, making the two fight often even though Hawks was 5 years older than her. She also had to fight another test subject, Touya, who disappeared shortly before Hawks join the hero scene.
