Summary
Emerson does have a secret tattoo. It doesn't remain secret for long, though. A sort of exploration of how the team each react to seeing Emerson's top surgery scars and the tattoo he has to cover them.

It was pretty. It was floral in design. A ribbon of different flowers, wrapped around his scars: cornflowers, anemones, laurel leaves, baby’s breath, sprigs of holly, all representing strength, endurance, and love. It followed a palette of blues, purples, pinks, and greens. He’d been told by non-understanding and in some cases quite transphobic family members and ex friends that he would regret his choice. That he would miss his breasts, and that the tattoo would only remind him of what he had lost.
It wasn’t the case.
