Summary
Crowley was sleeping in.
He had set his alarm for August, and no force in either Heaven or Hell could persuade him to leave the comfort of his bed.Anathema had promised to look after the plants, and he had placed some extra protective miracles on them just in case. Burglars would suddenly decide that the apartment full of priceless paintings and design furniture wasn’t worth the hassle, tax collectors would miraculously find that his taxes had been paid in full, and boy scouts suddenly knew not to bother the nice man shaped being that always paid extra, when going door to door to sell biscuits for charity.
There was no way Crowley was leaving his bed any time soon.
