His sneaker tripped over a discarded wrench on the ground, and he reached out a hand to catch himself-His hand slammed into the side of the metal engine, knocking a cog into place.It glowed an eerie blue as it whirred to life, humming a discordant melody....Thomas falls into girl genius, rescues a town, gains some loyal minions, a headache and a mysterious legacy, not necessarily in that order.
