Go Read the Letter in My Desk (Make Sure My Sister Knows I Loved Her)

Maya stares at the envelope for a while. She and Nick had gone through the office today, cleaning up the crime scene tape she'd missed the night before and making an attempt at getting the place back in order. They'd found Mia's will, short and to the point. It hadn’t really told either of them anything they didn’t already know. But tucked under the will, had been this. An envelope with Maya's name on it in her sister's precise hand writing. Mia Fey dies suddenly and Maya is left with nothing but an empty apartment, a letter, and her grief.
