Summary
Techno has been in the foster system since he was young, his parents got into an accident and he had no immediate family. Phil had been fostering him for a few months now, alongside his adopted brothers Tommy and Wilbur. They got along pretty well- or at least, they tried to get along. Tommy had been facing bullying issues for a few months now, Techno less severe bullying; a change in schools was going to be implemented soon.
