Eye of the Storm

“You’re making me nervous, Songbird, where are you going with this?” Darius chuckled, his green eyes shifting between the bard and the crowd below the stage. Eda held the Penstagram close to her face. “Yeah, Rainestorm, where are you going with this?” Raine let go of the microphone to let it float in the air next to them. As they did, they created a tiny spell circle in the air and a small box fell into their hand. The crowd collectively gasped as the Bard went down on one knee in front of a wide-eyed Darius. Eda’s grip on her Penstagram turned nearly crushing. “Head Witch Darius, with the Titan as my witness along with the rest of the Boiling Isles, my only wish is to return the kindness and support you have shown me.” Raine opened the box to reveal a small ring decorated with a purple gemstone. “Would you do me the honor of allowing me to return those favors for the rest of our lives?”~~~~~~~~Raine proposes to Darius in front of the entire Boiling Isles. While Eda implodes, Luz, King and the rest of their friends work to figure out how this happened and how they can crash the wedding.(Written after Them’s the Breaks, Kid and before Hollow Minds came out!)
