Summary
While searching for changelings and trying to expose Mr. Strickler as one, Jim learns an important lesson:
Don't play with fire horseshoes - it never ends well.
After a desperate plan involving the defacement of a Gaggletack, Jim discovers that he is not quite as human as he believed.
Thrown into uncertainty, Jim must pretend everything is normal. He is forced to grapple with the ramifications of if his friends or enemies ever discover his secret.
Or worse, his mother.
How will Jim deal with the realities of this new form, his sense of identity shaken to the core?
In which Jim learns he is not actually the first human Trollhunter, Barbara Lake knows her son, and emotions are still complicated.
