Summary
Charles is grinning, his hair wind-tangled behind the bandana. He's never been this happy, he thinks. "Most of the day done!" he tells the camera, and he sounds exultant, even to his own ears. "We're finishing it off on the boat, which is beautiful, and my older brother is here too. Unfortunately my younger brother and my mum couldn't come tonight, but uh, still very happy to spend some time with my older brother."
