Summary
While swimming, Shoto get's his tail caught in a fisherman's net and is left for dead like so many fish and other sea life that can't be sold or it's simply more cost-effective to cut the lines free than try to disentangle. Izuku and Eijirou are out documenting which whales have returned to the harbor when they catch sight of someone tied to the tail of a whale, and despite safety procedure, decide to at least cut them free even if they aren't alive. Who knew merfolk even still existed outside of fairytales and costumes?
