that damned bread loaf

That loaf of bread never left Nezuko's mouth. At least, not in front of other people. The only ones to have seen her was her family. She wouldn't even let others take it out of her mouth. Some rumors say that she removed it to kiss the one she loved. Though that wasn't really ever proved, since not a lot of people believed them.But Nezuko was popular in a not-so-good way. She was only recognized as some weird girl with a bread loaf in her mouth. She wanted to make friends, but they considered her a freak, a weirdo. To Genya, she was much more than that. She was kind, energetic, selfless... She was great, truly. He wished to spend more time with her, but he couldn't get the courage to. He feared her brother, even though they were good friends. He was afraid Tanjiro wouldn't allow him to get too close to Nezuko. That probably wouldn't be the case, but he found himself cowering in fear against him. He  even said it himself,  'My cowardness can't allow me to go against her brother, i fear that I'll get crushed by his fists or knocked out by his forehead. It's really scary to me. ' Those were his own words.
