Johto Chronicles

Ethan lived in a small town nestled in the corner of the Johto region known as New Bark Town. When it was time for him to get his starter Pokemon, he was still unsure about whether he wanted to pursue the Pokemon League Challenge or not, or whether he even wanted to go on a Pokemon Journey in the first place. However, when he finds a small clue that connects to his father's death, Ethan jumps down a rabbit hole into corruption, an underground plot with titans of legends, and the disbandment of Team Rocket. Ethan realizes all too soon that he can't afford to stay inside the town he calls home.  (A story that is a mix of the anime and manga that reimagines the Johto region in a refreshing, new way, featuring an original plot and returning characters)
