Where You Belong

Michiru Kagemori has settled into her new life in Anima-City. She's been through a lot since the bus accident that started it all; surviving her trek to the beastman metropolis, pickpockets, grifters, terrorist, assassins, her best friend, murderous baseball, Nirvasyl Syndrome afflictions, Alan Sylvesta's schemes, and occasionally Shirou Ogami. But out of everything she's experienced, the supposedly mundane task of visiting her parents still fills her with dread. After sending them a few letters, and conferring with her found family in Anima-City, Michiru has finally made the long, roundabout journey to her hometown for the first time in nearly two years. While certainly excited to reconnect with her old life, can she find the courage to be honest with her loved ones about the choices she's made and the new path her life has taken? And even more nerve wracking, can they accept what she’s become?
