But now, they do, and it's no different for Viper and Sage.The two somehow ended up living together as their newly selected workplaces are in a similar area; an area where housing prices are stupidly high. So, with their differences mostly smoothed out, they make do together. But taut strings get curled up once they are loosened again, and it takes time to straighten it out. It'll take time to get used to, and it's never going to be a straightforward path, but they'll get it eventually. And maybe, one day, they'll be able to enjoy the little things in life like they had hoped to.
