Summary
When Tommy turns thirteen, he stops asking Wilbur to play his guitar for him at night before bed, watching as fatigue and stress drag at his brother’s shoulders.Wilbur eventually stops playing his guitar altogether, and it gathers dust in the corner of his room, forgotten. Tommy sometimes stares at it when he sits on the edge of Wilbur’s bed while the older boy does his own schoolwork, and Wilbur follows his gaze, and neither of them say anything at all.///Or, in the absence of their father, Wilbur and Techno are left to care for their little brother Tommy, which is sometimes much harder than it sounds.
