Summary

Nora stopped abruptly and pointed at him, ears tense and straight. "Now it's your turn for a story, Crystal Exarch! You tell a story."

The Exarch laughed. "All right, a story, a story…." He tilted his head to the side, leaning into the counter. "There was once a man called…hm. Wild Rose. Yes, he was called that because his hair was the color of roses. He wasn't anyone special, but he did his best."

The Crystal Exarch makes biscuits and tells the one story he has left, about the only person who matters.---Done for H.Cake for a Secret Santa 2022 request, who asked for something shipping their WoL Maeve with G'raha Tia. This may be tilted a little further towards angst than expected but hopefully still satisfies.
