“You love me?” Tyler asks. I nod immediately, desperately.“Speak. Do. You. Love. Me?” he repeats himself as if I haven’t made myself crystal clear by following him around as if I am his shadow.“Yes,” Is all I can say. I love Tyler so much that I think I would die if he ever decides to leave for good.He is wearing a look on his face that makes me feel like I should know something, he then proudly announces, “You love yourself, then.”I have no idea what he is talking about. Tyler knows so much, and I know nothing. It’s the way that we are, Tyler is omniscient, all seeing. I am the bug on his shoulder that finds warmth with his presence one second and wakes up the next in another city, far away from anything that can comfort me.
