[Podfic] all the sweeter

"You know, Pete, remember when you called to ask me if I wanted to go to a cooking class with you and I said no and almost hung up because it was like six in the morning?"

From where he's carefully sifting and mixing dry ingredients together, Pete rolls his eyes. "It was literally yesterday, Sofie."

"Well," Sofia continues, undeterred, beating the ingredients in her bowl with sharp, relentless focus, "I thought you meant one of those stupidly expensive courses where they show you how to make fancy food, like, I don't know, those colorful French macaroons, and then you can't even take it home because it's so tiny you eat everything at once. But this…"

Pete grins, gesturing around with a whisk. "This is much better, right?"

Podfic of all the sweeter by evanescent.
