Summary
Tim only gets details so much as Art relays them in his own confusion: Raylan delivered a fugitive into custody—successfully—then said fugitive escaped out from under the noses of officers at Big Sandy Regional Detention Center, and Raylan turned right back around and spent the night smoking him out from his hidey-hole in the hills. And, somehow, inexplicably, his town car is out of commission.Bottom line is, Raylan needs a ride back from the boonies, and Art’s made a safe bet in Tim being someone who won’t complain—much—about being sent on an time-suck of an errand on Christmas Eve.
