Summary
This is sort of case-fic. It's sort of Moriarty fic. It's sort of backstory fic.
One of the traditions of Sherlock fandom is that Moriarty was originally Sherlock's tutor. This plays with that tradition more than a little. It also tries to use the game as a way of exploring the Holmes Family when Sherlock and Mycroft were little...and make some sense of Mummy's odd career choices and timing. For the record, just going by the apparent design-era of her book, it really looks to me like Mummy quit a good deal later than "to have children." So the postulate is that she actually quits rather later in the game than her own confession would suggest.
Anyway. Have fun. Hope you like it.
