Summary
Stede is back on the Revenge and Ed doesn't know what to think or feel. He hasn't been able to allow himself to enjoy the company of the other man, because he is afraid he will leave when Ed is not looking. But it has been a week since he has been back and due to the most recent stabbing the two men are left alone together to, finally, talk things through. (Similar to my other fic, What Now?, where Ed gets stabbed and Stede takes care of him, but this time Stede is the one stabbed, like Izzy intended it, but it hurts so much more for Ed this time than it ever did before)
