Still Not Okay

You are Sherlock’s childhood friend, just moved back into the city for a job. You’ve made a promise on your return to meet every Friday for lunch. John of course joins you – Sherlock’s family is his now too, and vice versa. This will be the first time you’ve seen each other since your family moved away five years ago. You’d kept in touch via occasional text during that time, but Sherlock was horrible about responding so the details were sparse.Sherlock immediately knows that you are not doing well, despite your objections to the contrary. This fic will focus on him (and John) "officially" catching you in your lies and confronting you about it.
