Summary
Hawks needs to hand in a report on the League to the Commission, on his way to the Commission Building he gets into a small televised fight and the villain nearly gets away. When he reaches the Commission, they punish him for being too slow.Dabi finds out.The first chapter is a very short prequel, it is not necessary to read before reading the actual story starting in chapter 2 so feel free to skip it if you wish.
