Love Bites, Or, A Comedy Of Errors; in Which Diplomatic Professionals Are Sorely Missed And The Language Of True Love Needs A Translator-A Mandalorian Affair

Inspired by the series What Could Be by @stellewrites. Din and Luke engage in combat to resolve a political issue, and Din falls hard for the beautiful Jedi with the sharp blade and even sharper tongue. Unfortunately, Prince Amidala and his family are unsettled by gifts of weapons and missives of battle from the King of Mandalore, and assume his offer of a duel for Luke’s hand is a threat. While Din prepares for a wedding, Padme prepares for war-and Luke prepares to either beat that cocky Mandalorian sonuvabitch into the dirt or else (else being marriage to a warlord he doesn’t know and the head of a culture known for eviscerating Jedi). What will happen when two planets and two cultures clash? What will happen when Din Djarin notices that the lovely Prince he’s trying to woo is shaking with fear? What happens when Anakin notices the looming presence of the galaxy’s most blood-drenched warrior sheepishly asking permission to address him as Father-In-Law?Updates whenever until I get these beetles out of my brain.
